1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of use (“Terms”) govern the use of the online service Budget Balance, a free budget-tracking tool (income, expenses, savings and disposable income). By creating an account or using the service, you fully accept these Terms.
2. Access to the service
- The service is available free of charge, with no credit card required.
- The publisher reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time.
- In the event of a substantial change, you would be notified by email of activities likely to affect your data.
3. Account and security
- You agree to provide a valid email address and accurate information when signing up.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.

6. Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is”. The publisher makes every effort to ensure the availability and integrity of the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. In all cases, the publisher undertakes to exercise reasonable care in managing and backing up your data.
7. Liability
As the service is provided free of charge, the publisher's liability cannot be engaged for any indirect or intangible damage nor for any loss of data resulting from use of the service. You are advised to keep your own archives of important information.
8. Termination
